Feta and Bacon Bites


One of my favorite keto things to make is cheese based dough. It is incredibly versatile. These feta and bacon bites are just one of many things that you can make with this type of dough. Not only are these bites super easy to make, but cook time is roughly 15 minutes! They are also a great snack to keep for on-the-go.




This makes a total of 24 servings of Feta and Bacon Bites. Each serving comes out to be 71.79 Calories, 5.74g Fats, 1.08g Net Carbs, and 3.66g Protein.

The Preparation
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • 3 tablespoons sriracha mayo, like Sarayo
  • Salt and pepper to taste


The Execution
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F
  2. In a nonstick pan over medium heat, combine your almond flour and mozzarella. Stir constantly.
  3. Your flour/cheese mix will form a dough like consistency after about 5 minutes.
  4. Place your dough between two pieces of parchment paper. Roll flat with a rolling pin.
  5. Use a cookie cutter or glass to cut out 24 circles. If you run out of dough then form the remaining bits into a ball. Heat it up on stove, then roll it out again.
  6. Place the circles of dough into your muffin tin (or on a cookie sheet.)
  7. Top with the bacon, feta, and onions.
  8. Bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes, until the edges are browned.
  9. Cool, peel off the liners, and top with sriracha mayo!
